Ciência sagrada
Da concentração
É firmeza na mente
E amor no coração

Antes de mais nada
É prestar atenção
O compasso da vida
Na respiração

Em grande silêncio
Aqui neste momento
Fechemos as portas
A todos pensamentos

Depois disto feito
Com a mente serena
Amenas virtudes
Contra todos venenos

Venenos mentais
São os nossos apegos
E as emoções aflitivas
Que geram o medo

Olhando de frente
Tudo se resolve
Com a mente desperta
A ilusão se dissolve

Impermanência de tudo
É um assunto tão sério
São causas eternas
Do grande Mistério

Sofrimento da vida
É uma grande aflição
Na Nobre Verdade
Está a sua extinção

Medito no fundo
Do meu coração
Por todos os seres
Sinto compaixão

Aquilo que resta
É um grande Vazio
Na luz deste Nada
É que está o caminho

Meu Deus me dê força
Prá passar neste teste
Busco refúgio no Buda
No Daime e no Mestre

Sacred Science
Of concentration
It is firmness in the mind
And love in the heart

First of all
Is paying attention
The pace of life
In breathing

In the great silence
Here in this moment
Let us close the doors
To all thoughts

After this is done
With a calm mind
Good virtues
Against all poisons

Mental poisons
They are our attachments
And the distressing emotions
That generate fear

Looking forward
Everything is resolved
With the mind awake
The illusion dissolves

Impermanence of everything
Is such a serious matter
They are the eternal causes
Of the great mystery

Suffering of life
Is a great affliction
In Noble Truth
Is the extinction

I meditate from the bottom
Of my heart
For all beings
I feel compassion

That which remains
Is a big emptiness
In the light of this Nothing
Is that which is the path

My God give me strength
To pass this test
I seek refuge in the Buddha
In the Daime and in the Master
